We’re a global software development team working with startups, agencies, and enterprise clients across the U.S. As our projects and partnerships continue to grow, we’re looking for someone who can confidently manage communication, lead interviews, coordinate meetings, and become a reliable bridge between developers, candidates, interviewers, and clients.
This role is ideal for someone who speaks fluent, natural U.S. English and feels comfortable leading professional conversations in fast-moving remote environments.
Your main responsibilities will include running candidate interviews, coordinating with interviewers, participating in client-facing meetings, and keeping communication organized throughout the hiring and development process.
A background in software development is highly preferred — frontend, backend, or full stack. You don’t need to be the strongest engineer on the team, but you should understand technical conversations well enough to communicate clearly, ask the right questions, and represent progress confidently to clients and internal teams.
The role begins with a paid training period of approximately 8 hours per week during the first two months while you learn our workflow, products, and communication style. After onboarding, the position transitions into a long-term full-time remote role with compensation $3,000~$8000/month.
You should feel comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Slack, and similar collaboration tools. In many situations, you’ll be the person leading conversations and making sure everyone stays aligned.

• Stay organized and keep conversations moving efficiently
