We are looking for a talented and proactive HR Specialist to help grow our company by finding, managing, and supporting top talent. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, recruitment experience, and the ability to build a positive and productive work environment for remote teams.
What you'll do:
• Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
• Create and post job listings on platforms such as Upwork, LinkedIn, and other hiring channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
• Coordinate with management and technical teams during hiring processes
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment pipelines
• Help improve company culture and employee engagement
• Assist with HR policies, team communication, and performance tracking
• Identify and attract high-quality remote talent globally
Requirements:
• Proven experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition
• Strong understanding of remote hiring and team management
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience using hiring platforms such as Upwork, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
• Ability to evaluate candidates professionally and efficiently
• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Experience working with tech or startup companies is a plus
Nice to have:
• Knowledge of IT, software development, or digital industries
• Experience with international hiring
• Familiarity with HR tools and applicant tracking systems
• Strong negotiation and people management skills
