I have already built the core of a workforce-management site in AI Studio that lets employees clock in and out and keeps a basic time log. What I still need is the layer that turns that raw data into something each role in the company can actually use.
What you'll do:
• Reporting & analytics – role-specific dashboards that surface performance metrics, detailed attendance reports, and a space where managers can build ad-hoc custom reports.
• User management & permissions – granular access for Agents, Team Leaders, QA, Operations Managers, IT and HR so every screen, widget and API call respects their privileges.
Requirements:
• Scheduling & shift management – automated shift assignments that respect skills and availability, self-service shift-swap requests with approval flows, and reliable overtime tracking so Finance can pull figures whenever they need.

Here’s what has to be completed and wired into the existing codebase:
• Reporting & analytics – role-specific dashboards that surface performance metrics, detailed attendance reports, and a space where managers can build ad-hoc custom reports.
• Scheduling & shift management – automated shift assignments that respect skills and availability, self-service shift-swap requests with approval flows, and reliable overtime tracking so Finance can pull figures whenever they need.
• User management & permissions – granular access for Agents, Team Leaders, QA, Operations Managers, IT and HR so every screen, widget and API call respects their privileges.
Everything is already hosted; you’ll be working in the same AI Studio environment, tying into my existing clock-in/clock-out models and database. Front-end is React; back-end is Node with a Postgres store, so experience with that stack (and preferably with AI Studio’s serverless functions) will help you move quickly.
Once the above modules are live and tested, I’ll consider the platform fully operational.
