When a prospect arrives, the flow should guide them smoothly toward selecting a preferred date and time, entering their name and contact details, and telling me which service or product they’re interested in. Once they hit “confirm,” both the visitor and I should receive clear confirmations and calendar invites so no follow-up is missed.
