What you'll do:
• Sound design, licensed music selection, and voiceover sync (we'll provide VO or source talent)
Requirements:
• Strong portfolio in SaaS, restaurant/F&B, or consumer-tech brands
• Demonstrated experience editing product launch / hero videos with motion graphics and UI animation
• Comfort with both static design (Figma / Adobe / Canva) and video editing (Premiere / After Effects / DaVinci / CapCut)
• Fast turnaround — typical short-form video within 24–48 hours; launch video first cut within 5–7 days
• Excellent written English and async communication
• Self-starter who can take a rough brief or raw clip and produce a polished asset without heavy handholding

We're HappySpace — an AI-native all-in-one platform for restaurants and SMBs (POS, online ordering, payments, marketing, reviews). We're looking for a versatile creative who can own both graphic design and video editing across our marketing, sales, social, and product-launch channels.
Scope of work:
Graphic Design:
- Social media content (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok thumbnails) — carousels, statics, story templates
- Sales collateral — pitch decks, one-pagers, pricing sheets, restaurant case studies
- Ad creatives — Meta and Google ad sets in multiple aspect ratios
- Email graphics, blog headers, and landing-page hero imagery
- Light brand evolution work (templates, motion-friendly variants of existing assets)
Video Editing — Short-form & Social:
- UGC-style short-form videos (Reels / Shorts / TikTok) — 9:16, 15–60 seconds, captions, motion text, music
- Restaurant owner testimonials and case-study features
- Product demo walkthroughs of our POS and platform
- Founder/team content shot on DJI Osmo Pocket 3 — we provide raw footage, you bring the edit
Video Editing — Product Launch Videos:
- High-production-value launch films for new product and feature drops (60–180 seconds)
- Hero videos for landing pages, investor updates, and PR moments
- Motion graphics, kinetic typography, screen recordings of our platform, and UI animations
- Multiple cutdowns from each master edit (15s / 30s / 60s / full) for paid ads and social distribution
- Sound design, licensed music selection, and voiceover sync (we'll provide VO or source talent)
- Occasional longer-form (YouTube / sales-enablement) edits
Deliverables cadence (estimate):
- 8–12 social statics / carousels per week
- 2–4 short-form videos per week
- 1–2 sales decks or one-pagers per month
- 1–2 product launch / hero videos per month (with cutdowns)
- Ad creative as campaigns require
