Location: Remote
Compensation: $3,000 — $5,000
I am the founder of TruckerGuard AI™, an all-in-one trucking operations and compliance platform for trucking companies in the United States. I am looking for an experienced Bubble.io developer to build the full production platform.
What you'll do:
• Driver management — full driver file, CDL expiry tracking, medical card tracking, MVR violations, annual safety reviews, employment verification workflow
• Applicant onboarding — send a link to applicant, they fill out application online, their profile auto-builds in the portal, employment verification sent automatically to previous employers
• Loads and dispatch — create loads, assign driver and truck, AI scans uploaded BOL for damage notations and cargo claim risks
• Safety and CSA — inspection report analyzer that calculates driver charge based on company policy, CSA score tracking, DataQ dispute tracking, annual safety review workflow
• When new company signs up through marketing page — Stripe checkout opens, after payment their isolated account is created automatically
• Full Bubble.io build of everything described above
• NDA and work-for-hire agreement required before sharing full project details — all work created belongs to me
Requirements:
• Must have built a multi-tenant SaaS application on Bubble.io before — show me examples
• Must understand Bubble privacy rules and data ownership for multi-tenancy
• Must be able to work with milestone-based payments
• Must provide weekly progress updates

• Payment structure: Milestone-based — 25% to start, 25% at halfway review, 25% at testing phase, 25% at final delivery with all files

What TruckerGuard AI is:
TruckerGuard AI is a SaaS platform that helps trucking companies manage their fleet, drivers, compliance, insurance, accounting, dispatch, and safety — all in one place. Think of it as QuickBooks plus Samsara plus a safety consultant combined into one platform with AI built in.
What needs to be built:
The platform has 4 completely separate portals:
Superadmin dashboard — only accessible to me. Shows all client companies, platform revenue, MRR by plan, sales team performance, and subscriptions. Nobody else ever sees this.
TruckerGuard OMS — the main product trucking companies pay for. Each company has their own completely isolated account. Their data never mixes with another company. Inside each company there are 4 role-based access levels — company admin sees everything, dispatcher sees loads and assignments only, safety manager sees compliance only, driver sees their own portal only.
Seller portal — my sales team logs in here to see their assigned leads, client companies, and commission tracking. They cannot see any client data.
Public marketing website — already live at truckguardllc.com. Needs to connect properly to signup flow and Stripe billing.
Core modules to build inside the trucking company portal:

— Full accounting — revenue per load, expenses by category, profit per truck, driver settlements with deductions, factoring company integration
— Claims center — cargo claims, accident claims, physical damage claims, financial tracking of what was covered by insurance versus paid out of pocket
— Breakdown finder — find repair shops and towing near driver location with ratings and rates
— AI assistant — connected to Claude API, answers questions about insurance gaps, CSA risk, loads safe to dispatch, IFTA status
— Migration center — import data from Samsara, Motive, Tenstreet, QuickBooks, or CSV files, Banks, Factoring, Fuel companies
— Role-based access — each role sees only their allowed modules

Design reference:
I have complete HTML mockups of every single page and module already designed and ready to share. You are not designing anything from scratch — you are rebuilding what already exists in HTML into a proper Bubble database-backed platform. This saves weeks of design time.

— Multi-tenant data isolation — Company A can never see Company B data under any circumstances
— Stripe subscription billing fully connected
— Claude API integration for document scanning and AI assistant
— Role-based access working correctly for all 5 roles
