Job Title: Media Planning and Ad Buyer (Monthly)
What you'll do:
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels
• Manage daily campaign performance, budgets, bids, and pacing to hit KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversions, etc.)
• Conduct audience research, targeting, retargeting, and lookalike strategy development
• Test and iterate on ad creatives, messaging, and formats in collaboration with creative teams or provided assets
• Analyze performance data and produce clear, actionable reports and insights for stakeholders with our Agency Analytics account
• Monitor trends, platform updates, and best practices to improve campaign performance with our Agency Analytics account
• Ensure accurate tracking, conversion setup, and pixel implementation for all ads
• Manage multiple accounts or campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines and performance goals
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, or similar platforms)
• Proven track record of optimizing campaigns for performance and ROI
• Strong analytical skills with experience using Ads Manager dashboards, Google Analytics, or similar tools
• Ability to manage budgets efficiently and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent time management and organizational skills in a remote work environment
• Comfortable collaborating asynchronously with remote teams in Los Angeles
