Exterior ArchiCAD House Renderings

Freelancer Client is hiring: Exterior ArchiCAD House Renderings.
Location: Remote
I already have the residence modeled in ArchiCAD (see provided images indicating level of detail) and now need it brought to life with two high level exterior visuals: one emphasizing the front façade (east elevation) and another capturing the rear/ west elevation. You will receive the .pln file together with a brief on finishes, landscaping, and lighting mood; all geometry is clean and layered, but there will be some additional modeling work to add exterior light fixtures and detailing.
The house is Spanish Colonial style and the landscaping is tropical yet suburban. Inspiration/ palette image is provided.
Please handle the export workflow that suits you best—whether you continue directly in ArchiCAD’s built-in renderer, move to Twinmotion, Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, or another pipeline—as long as the final output looks consistent and realistic. The final deliverable will be print-ready PNG or JPG files at roughly 3000 px width.
Two rounds of comments should be enough to get the images dialed in. Turnaround of the first draft within a week would be ideal, but let me know if you need slightly more time once you see the model.
