Original
I’m building a lean web-based MVP whose only mission is to prove there’s genuine demand for my idea. The scope is intentionally tight:
• Visitors create an account secured with phone-based OTP verification (email fallback is a bonus if it comes almost for free).
• Three permission tiers—Admin, standard users, and moderators—see just the pages and actions meant for them.
• A lightweight landing page introduces the concept; once logged in, users land on a simple dashboard so I can measure basic engagement.
Stack is flexible—React, Next.js, Vue, Laravel, Django, Node, or anything you can deliver quickly and keep tidy. Whatever you choose must be easy to hand over and ready for incremental features if the concept clicks.
Deliverables
1. Live MVP deployed to my hosting of choice (Heroku, Vercel, AWS, or a suggestion you trust).
2. Clean, well-commented source code in a private Git repo with a clear README.
3. Short hand-off call or recorded walkthrough showing how to manage roles and tweak OTP settings.
Acceptance criteria: a new user receives a one-time password, logs in, and sees the correct role-specific interface; admin can promote or demote users and view a minimal metrics page.
If you’ve shipped a verification-driven MVP before, share a quick link or code snippet so I can gauge fit.
