I will send you a set of reference PDFs together with the original Home Designer Pro 2017 file so you can use them as the starting point. From these, I need a full plan set that mirrors the look and roof geometry shown in the PDFs, plus coordinated 3D and 2D documentation.
What you'll do:
• Build a detailed interior and exterior model—walls, openings, finishes, roof, fascia, soffits, trim, and other architectural features must read correctly when I walk through the file.
• Keep the surrounding site to a basic layout only; a simple grade plane, driveway outline, and planting beds is enough so long as building placement is clear.
Requirements:
• Native Home Designer Pro 2017 files for further edits.
• Exported PDF set ready for permit review, scaled and annotated.
• IFC or DWG of the 3D model for coordination with other consultants.
• Accuracy matters—dimensions must match the PDFs exactly, and all systems lines should align cleanly in plan, section, and model views. Once I confirm the base floor plan, you can progress to the full set; we will work in milestones to keep everything tight and traceable.
