I’m looking for a reliable partner to run a full-service customer support operation for three distinct sectors. The core assignment is to keep satisfaction high by resolving questions quickly and professionally across every contact channel my customers prefer.
Scope of work
• Channels: Inbound calls, outbound calls, and live chat support
• Industries served: E-commerce, healthcare, and telecommunications
You will supply the agents, telephony / chat software, quality monitoring, and regular performance reports (KPIs such as response time, first-call resolution, CSAT). I’ll provide product knowledge bases and escalation paths; you keep the lines staffed, ensure data security, and refine scripts as we learn.
