We recently opened a new GoHighLevel account for our security guard company and are looking for a true GoHighLevel expert who can architect, build, and actively manage the entire system from the ground up.
Requirements:
• Funnel Development
• Map out the full customer journey
• Build high-converting funnels and landing pages inside GoHighLevel
• Connect domains and tracking systems
• Configure forms, calendars, and pipeline stages
• Ensure every lead is routed correctly into the CRM and sales process
• Automation & Workflow Setup
• Build trigger-based workflows
Nice to have:
• Bonus if you’ve worked with security companies, home services, or local lead generation
• We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the entire ecosystem and make sure everything runs smoothly from day one.

What We Need
Funnel Development
Map out the full customer journey
Build high-converting funnels and landing pages inside GoHighLevel
Connect domains and tracking systems
Configure forms, calendars, and pipeline stages
Ensure every lead is routed correctly into the CRM and sales process
Automation & Workflow Setup
Build trigger-based workflows
Lead nurturing sequences
Lead scoring and tagging
SMS + email follow-ups
Missed-call text back
Internal task reminders and notifications
Pipeline automation for estimates, follow-ups, and booked appointments
Email & Communication Systems
Set up branded email templates
Configure deliverability (DNS, SPF, DKIM, SMTP, Twilio)
Create segmented campaigns
Build evergreen drip campaigns and broadcast campaigns
Ensure inbox placement and proper tracking
Outbound Prospecting & Appointment Setting
Create cold outreach systems
Re-engagement campaigns for old leads

Ongoing Management & Optimization
After setup, we’re looking for someone who can continue managing and improving the system by:

Troubleshooting technical issues
Improving conversion rates
Providing concise weekly performance reports
Ideal Candidate
Deep hands-on experience with GoHighLevel
Proven results building lead generation systems
Strong understanding of automations, funnels, CRM pipelines, and outbound systems
Experience with service-based businesses preferred
