Location: Remote
My goal is to raise brand awareness on Instagram through regular, high-quality video posts. I already know that Instagram is the only channel I want to use right now, so every idea, edit, and caption should be tailored to that platform’s best practices—think Reels-friendly formats, snappy hooks in the first seconds, on-trend audio, and concise copy that invites interaction.
A simple content plan outlining concepts, posting frequency, and suggested hashtags.
Creation and full editing of short-form videos (15–60 seconds, vertical, 1080×1920).
Captions, tags, and cover thumbnails optimized for reach.
Basic motion graphics or text overlays when it helps the message pop.

Here is what I need from you:
• A simple content plan outlining concepts, posting frequency, and suggested hashtags.
• Creation and full editing of short-form videos (15–60 seconds, vertical, 1080×1920).
• Captions, tags, and cover thumbnails optimized for reach.
• Basic motion graphics or text overlays when it helps the message pop.
• Performance recap after the first month so we can refine and scale.
Raw product photos, logo assets, and any brand guidelines will be provided as soon as we start. If you normally work in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar, that’s perfect—as long as the final files are ready for direct upload to Instagram and meet their compression limits.
Acceptance criteria
1. At least eight finished videos delivered in the first four weeks.
2. Each clip must load natively on Instagram without additional tweaks.
3. Captions and hashtags follow the approved content plan.
4. Performance report includes reach, saves, shares, and next-step recommendations.
