What I need now is skilled execution in n8n Cloud to turn this plan into a live, fault-tolerant workflow.
The partner email intake is the heaviest lift: it must parse a variety of inbound formats and push structured data straight into JazzHR. From there the flow branches through Twilio (we already have a 10DLC-registered number) for automated SMS pre-screens, calls Anthropic’s Claude API in three places with prompt caching, triggers Checkr through JazzHR’s native connector for background checks, then compiles a daily email digest for Patriot Payroll and echoes key fields into Google Sheets and Gmail.
We do not have a separate staging environment, so everything will be built and versioned directly in our n8n Cloud workspace. Structured error handling, retry logic, and clear audit logging are therefore essential.
Deliverables
• A fully operational n8n Cloud workflow covering all five stages, wired to the services above
• Reusable sub-workflows or nodes for the partner email parser, Claude API calls, and Twilio messaging
• Environment-level variables, credentials, and secrets configured for production safety
• Inline documentation and a short handoff video showing how to adjust prompts, mappings, and schedules
• One round of live support during initial rollout to ensure smooth activation
Acceptance criteria: Each stage completes end-to-end with no manual intervention, test emails are parsed with 95 %+ accuracy, SMS replies correctly update JazzHR, successful Checkr results advance candidates automatically, and the payroll digest matches the field list defined in the spec.
