Location: Remote
I need a legal expert to help with several issues regarding my children, aged 12 and 13.
What you'll do:
• Review child support arrangements and calculate arrears since 2017.
• Adjust Section 7 expenses.
• File for full custody, as the children no longer wish to visit their other parent.
• I already have current court orders/documents. Looking for someone with experience in family law and a strong understanding of child custody cases. My children are suffering from what I think may be C-PTSD. One child has told a counsellor that if she is forced to go to her dads house she will kill herself
