What we are missing is a partner whose core strength is Marketing and Sales. I am not looking for outside capital; instead, I want a hands-on co-builder who can own our go-to-market activities and drive revenue alongside me.

What you'll do:

• Build and iterate a repeatable sales funnel—lead generation, nurturing, conversion and post-sale retention—using tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot (or similar CRMs) and marketing automation platforms.

Here is what I need from day one:

• Shape and execute a data-driven growth strategy that spans SEO, paid ads, social, content and email.
• Build and iterate a repeatable sales funnel—lead generation, nurturing, conversion and post-sale retention—using tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot (or similar CRMs) and marketing automation platforms.
• Track KPIs (CAC, LTV, churn, MRR) and adjust campaigns quickly to hit agreed milestones.

You will have full autonomy over the commercial roadmap and direct influence on product decisions so our offering perfectly matches market demand. Compensation is performance-based with a meaningful equity slice; we will agree specific percentages and milestone triggers together.
