Location: Remote
We need a Zoho Developer/Architect to build a custom Post-Quote Deal Control, Follow-up Enforcement, and Compliance System. The system will automatically bridge Zoho Books and Zoho Creator to track sent quotations , enforce a structured follow-up cadence , and calculate process compliance scores for our sales team.
The core philosophies, data fields, and workflow flowcharts are already fully documented and ready for development.
1. Automated Trigger: Create a Deal Record in Zoho Creator instantly when an Estimate in Zoho Books is set to “Sent”.
2. Readiness Control Block: A gatekeeper logic that halts the process if critical commercial data (like a Target Date) is missing.
3. Intelligent Cadence & Escalation Engine: A rules engine that automatically computes the next follow-up due date based on project urgency and deal type, utilizing a strict communication ladder (Email ➔ SMS ➔ Viber ➔ Call).
