What I specifically need you to bring to the table:
• Direct contacts or influence within State Bank of India (SBI), HDFC Bank, and ICICI Bank
• Established rapport with Paytm, PhonePe, and Razorpay for gateway, wallet, or payout services
The immediate goal is to fast-track account openings, streamline KYC/AML compliance, and secure preferential terms or bespoke integrations with the institutions named above. Longer term, I’ll rely on you for ongoing coordination, troubleshooting, and the occasional on-site meeting when escalations arise.
Deliverables
• Signed or officially accepted introductions/MoUs with each listed bank and payment provider
• A clear implementation roadmap, including expected timelines and points of contact
• Periodic status reports until every channel is live in production
