We are targeting:

Your responsibilities:
1. Google Maps Lead Research
Search Google Maps for local roofing and exterior contractor businesses.
Find businesses that:
* Have outdated or weak websites
* Have good reviews/reputation
* Are likely owner-operated
* Are not franchises or national chains
* Would benefit from a stronger online presence
For each lead, collect:
* Business name
* Website
* Google Maps link
* Email address
* Phone number
* Location
* Review count + rating
* Short note explaining what is weak about the website
* One personalised observation about the business
2. Outreach Messaging
Write and send personalised outreach messages.
Messages must:
* Sound human and natural
* Mention something specific about the business
* Avoid spammy/corporate language
* Avoid mentioning AI tools
* Be short and direct
3. Follow-Ups
Send:
* Follow-up #1 after 4 days
* Follow-up #2 after 7 additional days
* Track all replies and statuses
4. Lead Tracking
Maintain a clean Google Sheet with:
* Lead status
* Date contacted
* Follow-up status
* Reply status
* Positive leads clearly marked
Important:
* All positive/interested replies to be forwarded to me immediately
* Do NOT send mass spam
Success Criteria:
* 100 qualified leads collected
