The assignment centres on industrial projects, but every building in this package is an office block, so the work must combine robust industrial standards (fire-rating, loading, service zones) with the finer detailing expected of corporate interiors. You will receive hand-marked PDFs, outline specifications, and reference models; your task is to distill them into layered DWG files that comply with local building codes and can be handed straight to structural and MEP engineers.
Key expectations
• AutoCAD (2021+) mastery; tidy layer management and X-ref use
• Plans, elevations, sections, schedules, coordinated at 1:100 and 1:50 where required
• Compliance notes and basic GA dimensions embedded on sheets
• Final delivery: native .dwg plus print-ready PDFs, all within 30 days of kickoff
