• A PDF report covering safety, sight distance, swept paths and conclusions, stamped with your RPEQ (or equivalent) details
• A set of dimensioned CAD drawings (DWG + PDF) of the recommended intersection layout

Council wants to understand whether a full four-way intersection is feasible and, if not, see a well-justified offset alternative that leaves the nearby dwelling untouched.
The most critical element for me is a rigorous safety assessment carried out under both MBRC requirements and the relevant Austroads guides. Alongside that, the report must clearly demonstrate sight-distance compliance, show swept-path checks for design vehicles, and present a fully dimensioned layout—this last item is my highest priority for the design component.
To keep the approval process smooth, please apply current Austroads templates, intersection sight-distance tables, and MBRC checklist items exactly as council expects them. AutoTURN (or an equivalent swept-path tool) is essential for the turning templates, and any CAD work should be delivered in a format that a council reviewer can open directly.
When the work is finished, I will consider the job complete once I receive:
• A PDF report covering safety, sight distance, swept paths and conclusions, stamped with your RPEQ (or equivalent) details
• A set of dimensioned CAD drawings (DWG + PDF) of the recommended intersection layout
• Editable design files for swept-path plots and any supporting calculations
