• Handle audience targeting and retargeting
• Monitor campaign performance and provide reports
Requirements:
• Proven experience in Instagram & Facebook marketing
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
• Experience with organic and paid growth strategies
• Creative mindset with good design and content ideas
• Understanding of audience psychology and engagement
• Ability to deliver real results and ROI
• Good communication skills
• Must share previous work or portfolio
Nice to have:
• Reel marketing strategy
• Viral content creation
• Influencer marketing
• Canva / Photoshop knowledge
• Basic video editing skills
