I need a decision-grade attribution setup that captures both first-touch and last-touch events while still letting me report in a fully multi-touch manner.
The data must travel cleanly from Gravity Forms web enquiries and Acuity consultation bookings straight into Zoho CRM, always keeping the original acquisition source intact rather than the conversion tool.
Once in Zoho, these fields have to remain usable for future reporting on SEO performance, referral traffic, paid campaigns and overall ROI.
The build has to be solid enough for executives to trust the numbers, yet light enough to maintain easily. I’m open to the technical approach—JavaScript listeners, hidden UTM fields, GTM, server-side calls, Zoho APIs—whatever delivers reliable, source-accurate records.
Deliverables
• Tracking logic and tags added to Gravity Forms and Acuity that store first- and last-touch data for every visitor
• Automated mapping so those data points populate the correct custom fields inside Zoho CRM, with no duplicates or data loss
• Clear documentation of fields, scripts, and any GTM containers or webhooks used
• End-to-end test plan showing a sample lead flowing from initial visit through to CRM with correct attribution values
