ANSYS Fine Mesh for Pipes
Краткое
Freelancer Client is hiring: ANSYS Fine Mesh for Pipes.
Location: Remote
I will send up to ten pipe geometries—each 2 000 mm long and 9.5 mm in diameter, with external projections. In SpaceClaim, I need every pipe split into three distinct zones:
What you'll do:
• Work with the native cad files I provide.
• Maintain geometric fidelity around the projections.
• Deliver .msh for each pipe, clearly labelled by zone.
Skills: Mechanical Engineering, Simulation, Ansys
Budget: $600–$1500 USD

I will send up to ten pipe geometries—each 2 000 mm long and 9.5 mm in diameter, with external projections. In SpaceClaim, I need every pipe split into three distinct zones:
• 0–100 mm
• 100–1 900 mm
• 1 900–2 000 mm
After the split, generate a consistently fine mesh across all zones inside ANSYS Meshing. The intent at this stage is purely meshing preparation; downstream structural, thermal, or flow analyses will be handled later, so please focus on achieving high-quality element distribution and smooth transitions between the regions.
Key points
• Work with the native cad files I provide.
• Maintain geometric fidelity around the projections.
• Deliver .msh for each pipe, clearly labelled by zone.
I will review element count, skewness, orthogonality, and smoothness as acceptance criteria. Feel free to suggest minor tweaks if they improve mesh quality without altering the specified zone lengths.
