The final package should be delivered as a single, well-organised archive (ZIP) that we can store offline for disaster-recovery purposes.

Complete file cabinet download so no attachment is missed
Verification that tasks, notes and workflow history are represented in the export
I am happy for you to achieve this through SuiteTalk, SuiteScript, data export tools, or any other proven method, so long as the integrity of the dataset is demonstrably intact when we restore or open the archive.
