SolidWorks Ute Toolbox Standardisation
Краткое
Freelancer Client is hiring: SolidWorks Ute Toolbox Standardisation.
Location: Remote
I need a set of ute-mounted toolboxes modelled in SolidWorks so our robotic press-brake can run long, repeatable batches without manual tweaking. Every unit must share the same door layout and shelf positioning, and the shelves themselves need to be adjustable; that combination is critical because we swap inserts on the line only for tray depth. If you can also suggest how custom tray sizes might slot into the same parent model, even better.
The job is entirely sheet-metal focused, so I expect proper use of the SolidWorks Sheet Metal tools, flat-pattern generation and bend tables that align with a 3 mm punch–press workflow. Tab and slot for self-jigging, consistent hinge placement and gasket clearances all have to be thought through so we can pull parts straight from the laser, fold them once and bolt-up.
Parametric SolidWorks part and assembly files for each toolbox size
Flattened DXF/DWG files ready for the laser cutter
A concise drawing pack with bend lines, critical dimensions and BOM
Skills: CAD/CAM, Solidworks, Mechanical Engineering, AutoCAD, 3D Modelling, 3D Design, 3D Printing, 3D CAD
Budget: $250–$750 USD
