Original

We are looking for an experienced Email Deliverability Specialist / Mailing Infrastructure Consultant to support us long-term with building, operating, and optimizing a scalable email sending solution.

Our goal is to build a reliable solution for sending business emails. This includes especially invoices, payment notifications, payment reminders, debt-collection notices, and other business-related transactional emails.

We want to reach a stable sending volume of approximately 10,000 emails per day. For us, it is not only important that the emails can be technically sent, but also that they are accepted and delivered as reliably as possible by major mailbox providers such as Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, and others.

Our Goal

We are looking for someone who can give us a realistic assessment of:

* how this sending volume can be achieved technically and sustainably
* what kind of infrastructure would make sense
* which providers would be suitable
* what risks exist regarding deliverability, reputation, spam placement, and provider suspensions
* how deliverability can be monitored and improved long-term
* how quickly a volume of around 10,000 emails per day can realistically be achieved

It is important to us that we receive an honest technical assessment and a clear plan, not generic promises.

Desired Experience

The candidate should have experience with high-volume email sending, SMTP infrastructure, deliverability, IP/domain reputation, and the behavior of major mailbox providers.

Experience with offshore or specialized hosting companies is especially interesting to us, particularly with providers such as:

Shinjiru**
AlexHost**
AbeloHost**
* comparable offshore VPS or dedicated server providers
* specialized hosting providers for larger mailing infrastructure

We want to understand which providers are suitable for our goal, what their advantages and disadvantages are, and which solution would be the most stable in the long run.

Project Description

We are planning to build an email sending solution for business communication with a higher daily volume.

The candidate should not only advise us at the beginning, but ideally also support us long-term. This includes strategy, implementation recommendations, monitoring, optimization, and ongoing technical consulting.

We do not want to dictate every technical detail in advance. The specialist should explain which approach makes the most sense based on their experience.

What We Expect from the Candidate

The candidate should explain:

1. Whether our goal of approximately 10,000 emails per day is realistically achievable
2. In what timeframe this volume could be reached in a stable way
3. What kind of infrastructure would be suitable
4. Whether offshore providers such as Shinjiru, AlexHost, or AbeloHost are suitable
5. Which providers they would specifically recommend and why
6. What risks exist with Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, and other mailbox providers
7. How they would achieve high deliverability and the best possible inbox placement
8. How they would handle bounces, spam placement, blocks, throttling, or poor reputation
9. What monthly infrastructure costs would be realistic
10. What kind of ongoing support is necessary to keep the system stable

Our Current Idea

Based on previous discussions, we currently see the following as a possible direction:

* using multiple servers/IPs instead of only one single server
* using multiple domains or subdomains
* using a provider such as Shinjiru as the main solution
* using AlexHost or comparable providers as a backup or additional solution
* building proper technical authentication and reputation
* gradually scaling the sending volume
* continuously monitoring deliverability and reputation

These points are only an initial idea. We want the specialist to tell us whether this approach makes sense or whether there are better alternatives.

Long-Term Cooperation

We are not only looking for someone for a one-time setup. Ideally, we are looking for someone who can support us long-term.

Long-term support may include:

* ongoing deliverability monitoring
* optimization of the sending strategy
* adjustments when issues occur with Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, etc.
* consulting for scaling
* evaluation of new providers
* technical troubleshooting
* improving inbox placement
* monthly checks of reputation, bounces, and blocks
* fast support in case of deliverability problems

Our goal is to build a stable partnership with someone who has real experience and can accompany this project technically on an ongoing basis.

Important Questions for Applicants

Please answer the following questions in your application:

1. Have you already managed projects with approximately 10,000+ emails per day?
2. What experience do you have with Shinjiru, AlexHost, AbeloHost, or similar offshore hosting providers?
3. Which providers would you recommend for our goal?
4. What inbox rate is realistic after 1 week, 2 weeks, and 4 weeks?
5. How would you generally approach reaching the target volume in a stable way?
6. What risks do you see with debt-collection/payment-reminder emails?
7. What monthly infrastructure costs would you expect approximately?
8. What ongoing tasks would be necessary after the initial setup?
9. Can you support us long-term?
10. Have you successfully completed similar projects before?

What We Can Provide

We can provide:

* domains
* desired daily sending volume
* information about recipient structure
* email templates
* infrastructure budget
* access credentials after agreement
* contact person for questions
* long-term cooperation if the initial work is successful

Budget

We are open to proposals.

As a rough orientation, a setup budget of approximately $600 USD has previously been discussed, in addition to monthly infrastructure costs of around $100–200 USD. However, we are willing to review realistic offers if the proposed solution is technically sound, stable, and suitable for long-term operation.

Project Goal

The goal is not simply to send a large number of emails technically.

Our real goal is to:

reliably deliver approximately 10,000 business emails per day**
* achieve the best possible inbox placement
* build a stable sending reputation
* minimize outages, suspensions, and spam-related issues
* have a solution that is supported long-term
* work with an experienced specialist who can honestly assess what is realistic

We are looking for someone who does not just set up a system once, but who can help us build and maintain a professional, stable, and scalable email deliverability solution over the long term.
