We are looking for a male or female voice-over artist to professionally narrate a series of PDF presentations in two languages:

We have developed a series of commercial PDF presentations and would like to create high-quality professional voice-overs for them, so that:
the presentation text is easier and more natural to perceive;

Professional Voice-Over for PDF Presentations in English and Russian
We are looking for a male or female voice-over artist to professionally narrate a series of PDF presentations in two languages:
English
Russian
(In the countries where we operate, a significant part of the population prefers to communicate in English in both everyday and professional contexts.)
Project Overview
We have developed a series of commercial PDF presentations and would like to create high-quality professional voice-overs for them, so that:
the presentation text is easier and more natural to perceive;
the voice delivery strengthens the message of the slides;
the presentations better fulfil their commercial purpose;
the materials generate initial interest among the target audience and encourage further action.
Presentation Topic
The presentations are dedicated to software products for the real estate market and are aimed at European countries.
What Matters to Us
We are not looking for a simple technical reading of the text. We need a commercially strong, lively, and persuasive delivery that:
sounds professional, modern, and natural;
holds the listener’s attention;
conveys the correct intonational emphasis;
helps “sell” the idea rather than simply read the words aloud;
is suitable for short presentation videos and a business audience.
Expected Deliverables
We would like to receive:
professionally recorded audio tracks for each presentation;
clean sound without background noise or unwanted artifacts;
well-developed voice delivery with appropriate pauses, tempo, and logical emphasis;
separate recordings in English and Russian.
An Advantage Would Be
experience in voicing presentations, commercials, B2B products, or corporate materials;
an understanding of how to use voice to create interest and guide the audience toward action;
the ability to provide samples of work in a similar style.
