Requirements:
• 1.Drive new client acquisition and end-to-end revenue initiatives.
• 2. Manage the complete hiring cycle for clients without daily supervision.
• 3. Hire, train, and scale a core team of 3–4 recruiters/interns within 6–12 months.
• 4. Lead pitches, negotiations, and CXO-level relationships independently.
• 5. You must be highly LinkedIn savvy—an expert in Boolean search,strategic outreach and InMail strategies.
• 6.4–8 years in recruitment agencies with independent client-handling experience is required.
• 7.You must have an "Owner Mindset"—revenue-focused, detail-oriented, and a natural multi-tasker.
• You get true WFH flexibility with outcome-based work and no micromanagement. We offer a growth-linked pay structure with a fixed salary + plus an attractive % incentive on new business and team placements.

We are looking for a powerhouse "Right Hand" to run and scale a boutique recruitment firm.
This isn't just a recruiter role—it’s a leadership position for a founder-at-heart who wants to own the P&L and build a legacy. If you require daily step-by-step instructions or "hand-holding," please do not apply. We need someone who sees a roadblock and solves it independently before being asked.
(We need a self-starting "hunter" with a cofounder’s mindset who treats the business as their own. This person must possess the extreme self-discipline to work remotely without hand-holding and the grit to thrive on a high-commission pay structure. Should have the professional gravitas to negotiate with CXO-level clients independently, combined with the leadership ability to mentor a small team. Ultimately, we are looking for a fearless problem-solver who doesn't just identify roadblocks but clears them proactively to drive revenue growth)
