I am seeking a highly skilled freelance graphic designer and document layout specialist to professionally design and format the National Report on the 2025 Measles and Rubella Integrated Supplementary Immunization Activity.
This is a formal government and partner publication intended for circulation among senior government officials, Ministry leadership, development partners, technical working groups, and stakeholders. The report will serve as an official national document and therefore requires a high standard of professionalism, consistency, readability, and visual presentation.
The report content has already been developed. The assignment focuses on transforming the technical draft into a professionally designed publication quality report.
The final report is approximately 75 pages excluding annexures and includes:
• Cover pages
• Forewords
• Acknowledgements
• Acronyms and abbreviations
• Executive Summary
• Technical narrative sections
• Findings and recommendations
• Tables and charts
• Annexures
• Campaign and field photographs (given seperately to integrate into the document)

Scope of Work

3. Executive Summary Redesign
Transform the Executive Summary into a visually structured and professionally designed section using:
• Highlight boxes
• Key findings panels
• Professional tables
• Visual hierarchy
• Infographic style summaries
• Shaded thematic sections
• Readability enhancements
4. Professional Formatting of Technical Sections
Design and format:
• Findings sections
