Audience
The ads should speak directly to architects, interior designers, new home owners and builders in our locality, positioning us as the go-to source for premium home solutions.
Scope of work
You will plan, build and optimise the campaign end-to-end. That includes developing scroll-stopping static and video creatives, writing copy that highlights the launch date, configuring precise interest-based and look-alike audiences, and monitoring performance daily so we can double down on what works.
Key deliverables
• Media plan outlining objectives, spend allocation and ad formats
• 3-4 ad variations (image & short-form video) with copy and CTAs
• Campaign setup inside Meta Ads Manager, including tracking pixels and UTM tagging
• Mid-campaign optimisation summary (bid, placement, creative tweaks)
• Final performance report with insights and next-step recommendations
Acceptance criteria
1. Campaign goes live no later than 10 May to allow ramp-up time.
2. All ads approved by me before launch.
3. Awareness KPIs—reach, impressions, CPM—reported daily.
