Deep Rock Galactic Barrel Pickup Blueprint
Summary
Freelancer Client is hiring: Deep Rock Galactic Barrel Pickup Blueprint.
Location: Remote
I need a lightweight, client-side Unreal Engine blueprint mod for Deep Rock Galactic’s Space Rig. The goal is simple: pressing E while looking at any lobby barrel should pick it up instead of kicking it, and a standard Left Click should throw it using the same heavy-object logic the game already applies to Aquarqs, Bittergems, Enor Pearls, etc. Once released, the barrel must keep its native physics so it still rolls, bounces, and collides exactly as it does now.
What you'll do:
• The full uncompiled source: blueprint .uassets / project files so I can review and update when the game gets updated.
Skills: C++ Programming, Game Development, Scripting, Unreal Engine, Modding
Budget: $8–$30 USD
Source: Freelancer Client via Remote / Online. Apply on the source website.

The work is entirely blueprint-based using standard Unreal Engine asset extraction and logic modding, with no gameplay cheats or server-side changes. I’m after a plug-and-play solution for the MINT mod loader (not mod.io).
Deliverables
• A compiled .pak ready to drop into my Mods folder for use with MINT mod loader.
• The full uncompiled source: blueprint .uassets / project files so I can review and update when the game gets updated.
Please let me know your experience with Unreal Engine blueprints and previous DRG or similar Unreal mod projects, plus an estimated turnaround time.
