Freelancer Client is hiring: Fix Comic Book Typography or other suggestion.
Location: Remote
I have just finished illustrating an English-language comic-style creative-writing book with the help of AI. The artwork is complete, but the text treatment is all over the place—sizes jump from panel to panel and the font changes mid-page. I want the entire book to feel cohesive, fun and playful, exactly the way a reader expects a comic to read.
Six chapters, roughly 15 pages each
Source files supplied as PDFs (one sample chapter is already attached)
Final output needed for both print and eBook distribution
Your task is to standardise the typography throughout—select or recommend a single playful font family, set consistent sizes, line spacing and balloon placement, and deliver the finished layouts press-ready (PDF) as well as an ePub/KDP-friendly file. Should any page require fresh illustration or text-balloon tweaking to make the design work, I’m open to your creative input.
