Full-Stack React Healthcare Support
Summary
Freelancer Client is hiring: Full-Stack React Healthcare Support.
Location: Remote
I’m steering a web-based healthcare application and need a seasoned full-stack partner for the next 3–4 months. You’ll be responsible for both the React front-end and the underlying back-end services, jumping in right away to keep our release schedule on track.
Front-end work centres on React—modern hooks, component optimisation, and seamless API integration. On the server side you’ll expand existing endpoints, tighten business logic, and make sure data moves smoothly to and from the database; our current stack leans on Node.js/Express, but I’m open to pragmatic alternatives if they improve stability and clarity.
We’ll move in short iterations with quick turnarounds, so I’m looking for someone who can start ASAP, communicate daily, and deliver production-ready code without hand-holding.
Clean, well-documented code pushed to Git
Skills: JavaScript, Node.js, AngularJS, Git, Web Development, Full Stack Development, Backend Development, Frontend Development, API Development, API Integration
Budget: $1500–$12500 USD

At the close of each sprint I expect:
• Clean, well-documented code pushed to Git
• Passing unit/integration tests
• A concise changelog of what was shipped
If you’ve taken React projects from concept to deployment while owning back-end responsibilities, tell me how you’d tackle our first milestone and when you can begin.
