You may work from scanned copies or a site visit if you are local; being in Karachi is a plus because it makes clarifications and plan markup faster. Once the drawings are approved, I also need a detailed Bill of Quantities that matches the design exactly, itemising cable lengths, breaker sizes, fixtures, switchgear, and accessories.
Deliverables
• AutoCAD (.dwg) files for each floor, plus a combined single-line diagram
• Editable PDF set for easy review and printing
• Excel-based BOQ with item descriptions, quantities, and unit rates
Acceptance criteria
• All symbols and legends follow PEC standards
• Layer naming is consistent; no stray linework
• BOQ totals reconcile with the drawings within ±2 %
• Final files open error-free in AutoCAD 2018 or later
