I’m running a deep-dive study into how Indians with individual savings accounts actually use mobile and internet banking. Your day-to-day experience—what delights you, what slows you down, and how safe you feel online—is exactly the insight I need.
Here’s what participation looks like: you’ll start with a short online survey, then join a one-on-one video call for a structured feedback session of roughly 45 minutes. If you’re open to it, a follow-up focus group will bring several participants together for broader discussion. During each step you’ll walk me through real-world tasks—checking balances, transferring funds, paying bills—while commenting on the interface, security prompts, and overall flow. No sensitive credentials will ever be requested.
You hold an active individual savings account (any public or private bank).
You use that bank’s digital channels at least twice a month.

Eligibility is simple:
• You currently live in India.
• You hold an active individual savings account (any public or private bank).
• You use that bank’s digital channels at least twice a month.
Deliverables I need from you:
1. Completed online survey.
2. Attendance at the scheduled video feedback session.
3. Any non-sensitive screenshots or usage notes we mutually decide are helpful after the call.
All data will be treated as confidential and reported only in aggregate. If you’re interested, reply with the bank you use (just the brand name), how many years you’ve had the account, and two or three time slots that work for you this week. I’ll confirm scheduling and next steps right away.
