ESP32 4-Relay PCB Design -- 2

Summary

Freelancer Client is hiring: ESP32 4-Relay PCB Design -- 2.

Location: Remote

I need a production-ready PCB for a new “Urban Proto” 4-channel relay module. The board must be square, as space inside the enclosure is tight, and it needs to carry its own AC-to-DC supply while meeting high-voltage safety margins suitable for Indian manufacturing standards.

Requirements:

• ESP32 at the heart of the design

• Four independent relay outputs – I’m open to either electromechanical or solid-state parts, whichever you feel balances cost, size, and reliability best

• LED indicators on every relay, surge protection on the mains side, and front-panel manual-override buttons

• Compact routing, clear creepage/clearance on high-voltage nets, and component choices that keep the final BOM cost low for local sourcing

• Complete schematic and layered PCB layout (Altium, KiCad, or Eagle)

• Gerbers, pick-and-place, and fabrication drawings ready for a board house in India

• Optimised BOM with local part numbers and alternates

• Brief compliance notes showing how minimum safety distances and fusing have been achieved

Skills: Electronics, CAD/CAM, Electrical Engineering, PCB Layout, Circuit Design, Embedded Systems

Budget: $600–$1500 USD

Core requirements

Deliverables
• Complete schematic and layered PCB layout (Altium, KiCad, or Eagle)
• Gerbers, pick-and-place, and fabrication drawings ready for a board house in India
• Optimised BOM with local part numbers and alternates
• Brief compliance notes showing how minimum safety distances and fusing have been achieved
• One revision round after I review the first release

If you have shipped ESP32 or high-voltage relay boards before, I’d love to see an example. Let’s build a safe, affordable module that can roll straight into production.
