I need an online webpage that pulls together every current gems-related tender published on Indian government portals and presents the information in a clean, searchable catalogue. The page should display each tender’s title, notice number, issuing authority, key dates, eligibility requirements and any downloadable documents, then highlight the exact submission guidelines so a supplier can move straight from browsing to bidding without hunting through the original site.
You are free to use a lightweight CMS or a static-site generator—whichever helps you keep updates fast and secure—but the finished page must load quickly on mobile and desktop, be easy for me to refresh with new tenders, and sit on my existing hosting. A simple admin panel or clearly commented data file will work.
I will provide the government portal links you should monitor; you handle the data extraction, formatting and responsive design. Once the initial catalogue is live I will test it for a week, confirm that every listed tender links correctly and that the submission guidelines display in full, and then we can close the project.
