Please exclude any record that uses Gmail, Outlook/Hotmail, QQ, Yahoo, 139, AOL, or other public inbox services; those will be rejected during validation.

The list should target senior profiles who are relevant for B2B marketing outreach—typically procurement, operations, plant management, or C-suite roles—so that I can launch an email campaign without wasting sends on generic or inactive accounts.
Deliverables
• Spreadsheet (CSV or XLSX) containing: company name, contact full name, job title, direct webmail email, phone (if available), and city.
• Minimum 1,000 unique and verified records that meet the above criteria.
• Bounce rate under 5 % when tested through a common verifier (e.g., NeverBounce).
