I’m assembling the core team and I want a fractional CTO who still loves rolling up their sleeves and shipping code. Your main responsibility is hands-on software development: architecting, building and continuously improving our web platform. The stack is centred on Python, so deep fluency with Django, Flask or FastAPI is essential; experience with JavaScript front-ends or other languages is welcome but not required.
Because this is an early-stage, I’m offering an annual salary of $100 k plus 0.1 % equity. The role is part-time to start, with flexibility in both schedule and location, yet the expectation is that you will act as a true member of the founding team—participating in product discussions, helping shape our technology direction and being available for investor meetings when needed.
