I’m ready to register a new Private Limited Company in Delhi under a name that has already been finalised. Two individuals will serve as directors, however neither of us has a Digital Signature Certificate yet.
Here’s the full scope I need you to manage from start to finish through the MCA portal:
• Procure DSCs for both proposed directors and secure their DINs
• Prepare and file SPICe+, MoA, AoA and all linked AGILE-PRO forms
• Handle PAN, TAN and EPFO/ESI registrations that are now bundled with incorporation
• Deliver the Certificate of Incorporation along with MoA, AoA, PAN & TAN allotment letters
- Register my Private Limited Company at Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
- Drafting & Filing by CA/CS.
- Expert advice by CA/CS.
- MCA processing and CIN.
- Company PAN & TAN.
- MOA, AOA.
- Allotment of 2 DINs.
- ESI and PF registration.
- GST registration.
- The 1st Board Resolution documentation.
- Consent Letter drafting and appointment of the Auditor.
- INC 20 Commencement of business.
- MSME/Udyam Registration
- Assistance with Bank Current Account opening.
All filings must comply with current Companies Act, 2013 requirements and reflect Delhi ROC norms. Once the incorporation is approved, I’d like the entire digital file set (downloaded PDFs, acknowledgement receipts, and master data printout) handed over for my records.
