Here’s the mix of work you’ll handle:
• Data handling—collect, clean, and summarise figures so I can make quick decisions.
• Reporting—turn raw numbers into concise weekly snapshots (Google Sheets / Excel).
• Document cleanup—re-format slide decks, proposals, and SOPs so they look polished and brand-consistent.
• Branding ideas—sketch simple logo or colour-palette concepts that our designers can refine further (Canva or Adobe tools work).
• Translation & comms—help translate short internal notes and emails when bilingual support is needed; English fluency plus any second language is welcome.
Deliverables I expect:
1. A weekly data report (spreadsheet + one-page summary).
2. Two to three reformatted documents or slide decks per week.
3. Occasional mini-branding boards (moodboard or 1–2 logo roughs) when requested.
4. Timely translated messages returned within agreed turnaround times.
You’ll start with a structured, beginner-friendly onboarding so you know the processes and tools right away. Competitive pay begins at $5,000+ with clear milestones tied to completed deliverables, and there’s room to grow into larger project-management responsibilities if you show initiative and a knack for creative problem-solving.
