We are currently looking for a reliable long-term chatter/support assistant for our creator management agency.
We manage multiple creator accounts on platforms like OnlyFans, Fansly, 4based and similar subscription-based creator platforms.
Your main task:
Replying to subscribers, keeping conversations active and building engagement through chatting.
This is not a typical customer support role.
The work is focused on communication, fan retention, emotional connection and sales through conversations.
You do NOT need to:
• create content
• edit videos
• post photos
Your role is purely chat management.
Important:
This is part of the adult/creator industry, so you should be comfortable working professionally in this environment.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• German or strong English
• Using ChatGPT/translation tools while chatting is completely okay
• Fast and reliable communication
• Good feeling for conversations and personalities
• Self-organized and independent
• Comfortable working remotely
• Interested in growing long-term with a small team
• Experience with chatting/sales/customer psychology is a plus

WORKFLOW & HOURS

We currently manage 5 creators.
The accounts are still growing, so the current chat volume is manageable and not full-time yet.
The most important part is:
• staying responsive
• replying consistently
• being active during peak hours
A large part of our audience is based in Germany and the US, so activity is especially important during evenings and nighttime hours in European and US timezones.
The schedule is flexible overall.
We care much more about reliability, response quality and consistency than fixed working hours.
This role is ideal for someone who likes flexible remote work and wants to grow together with a fast-scaling agency.

• 200€ fixed monthly base
PLUS
• 10% commission on generated chat revenue
