Senior Fintech / Embedded Finance Consultant Needed to Secure Banking, FX, Card, Payment & Crypto On/Off-Ramp Providers
We are developing a full-stack white-label financial platform / neobank-style product for low-risk personal and business customers across Europe and selected GCC markets.
The platform will operate through authorised third-party providers and licensed infrastructure partners. Our role is focused on technology, product, customer acquisition, onboarding workflows, operational tooling, reporting, integrations, and customer support. Any regulated payment, e-money, custody, settlement, card issuing, FX, or crypto on/off-ramp services must be provided by properly authorised partners.
We are looking for a senior fintech, BaaS, embedded finance, EMI, payments, FX, card issuing, or crypto on/off-ramp consultant who has real market experience and direct relationships with relevant providers.
This is not a basic lead generation or cold email outreach role.
We already know how to contact providers and submit applications ourselves. What we need is someone who can accelerate the process through real industry knowledge, warm introductions, correct positioning, and practical onboarding support.
========================================
PROJECT OVERVIEW
========================================
The platform is intended to provide eligible personal and business customers with access to:
- Multi-currency named accounts
- Dedicated account details and IBANs where supported
- EUR, GBP, USD and other major currency capabilities
- Personal and business onboarding
- KYC / KYB workflows
- FX conversion between supported currencies
- Virtual and physical multi-currency debit cards
- Apple Pay / Google Pay support where available
- Supplier and customer payment workflows
- Invoice and receipt generation tools
- Payment links
- Recurring invoice and bill payment workflows
- Fiat-to-crypto and crypto-to-fiat on/off-ramp services
- API-first infrastructure
- White-label or co-branded product options
- Risk-based compliance workflows
- Transaction monitoring and operational reporting
- Scalable support for higher-volume legitimate businesses
Our customer base includes clearly defined low-risk personal and business segments. We are especially interested in providers that can support legitimate business clients with high monthly turnover, including businesses processing approximately EUR 3M+ per month, subject to full KYB, source of funds, source of wealth, transaction monitoring, and provider approval.
