Location: Remote

My business receives a small yet steady flow of customer-service calls each week and I need those conversations handled smoothly from Ho Chi Minh City. You will pick up the phone in both English and Vietnamese, help the caller resolve simple queries when possible, then record concise notes in a shared call log so I can track every interaction.

What you'll do:

• Answer customer-service inquiries promptly in English and Vietnamese

• Take clear, timestamped messages and enter them in the call log

• Schedule follow-up appointments directly into my online calendar when needed

• Deliverables each week

• 1. A complete call log with caller name, contact, summary, and any next steps

• 2. Phone needs to be answered during office hours and only expecting an hour worth of calls per week.

• Based in Ho Chi Minh City for local time-zone alignment

• Confident, friendly phone manner in both languages
