Considering that the app will start in the beginning in GCC, then it will be launched globally
Key questions I need answered include:
• Which platform (AWS, GCP, Azure, or a hybrid approach) will give me the best balance of performance, scalability, and manageable costs at this load?
• How should I structure auto-scaling groups, load balancers, and multi-zone redundancy so that outages never translate into downtime?
• What is the most secure and efficient way to handle CI/CD, container orchestration, and database clustering for real-time updates across both web and mobile fronts?
• Which monitoring and alerting stack will let me see trouble long before my end-users do?
Deliverables I’d like from you:
• A high-level architecture diagram with clear component descriptions.
• A concise step-by-step rollout plan, including capacity calculations and scaling thresholds.
• Written best-practice guidelines on security hardening, backup strategy, logging, and ongoing cost-optimization.
