Freelancer Client is hiring: Part-Time Buildium Property Manager.
Location: Remote
I run a small, fully-residential rental portfolio and need a reliable hand for the day-to-day work inside Buildium. Plan on about 15 hours each week, spread across weekdays, so everything stays current for our tenants.
What you'll do:
• Answer all tenant messages logged in Buildium the same business day
• Schedule and track move-ins, move-outs, and unit turns, keeping vendors updated
• Prepare and issue lease renewals, then follow up for e-signatures
• Start or stop utilities as residents change over, recording confirmations in the system
• You should already be comfortable with Buildium at an intermediate level—importing documents, updating ledgers, assigning work orders, and running the standard reports without hand-holding. Familiarity with residential landlord-tenant basics will make life easier for both of us.
• I will supply portal access, current lease files, and a shared calendar. Consistent communication and thorough notes inside Buildium are essential so I can step in at any time and see exactly where things stand.
