Location: Remote
This graduation project focuses on the international expansion of InviteDesk Group in the DACH region, consisting of Germany, Austria and Switzerland. InviteDesk Group offers SaaS solutions for B2B event management, including InviteDesk for invitation and registration management and LineUpr for event apps and on-site engagement. After the acquisition of LineUpr, the company has a stronger presence in Germany, but the commercial potential in the wider DACH region is not yet fully realised.
The aim of this project is to analyse whether InviteDesk is ready to grow further in the DACH region and which market expansion strategy is the most realistic, considering its internal resources, financial position, sales capacity, marketing efforts, product integration and external market conditions.
The desired outcome is a clear and realistic strategic recommendation for InviteDesk Group. The project should identify which country, sector and customer segment should be prioritised, and how InviteDesk can generate short-term growth in DACH without making large investments. The final recommendation will be supported by an implementation plan, including concrete sales and marketing actions, required resources, risks and financial implications.
This fits well with the project expectations, because KdG defines the project goal as the desired outcome and the deliverables as the tangible output produced at the end of the project. It also links to InviteDesk’s 2026 focus on lead generation, sales support and cross-selling between LineUpr and InviteDesk.
