Scope of work
• Mechanical (HVAC): refine duct layouts, verify load calculations, and size equipment to meet current U.S. residential codes.
• Electrical: adjust circuiting, panel schedules, and lighting layouts; confirm NEC compliance.
• Plumbing: finalize supply and drain line routing, fixture counts, and water heater sizing in line with IPC requirements.

Deliverables
1. Updated drawing sheets in native format (Revit or DWG) plus PDFs ready for permit.
2. Supporting load and sizing calculations in an organized spreadsheet or calculation booklet.
3. Brief change log outlining what was modified each session.
I track time by milestone submission, so transparent logging of hours is essential. If this sounds like a fit, tell me about similar U.S. residential projects you have wrapped up recently and which software versions you prefer to use. I’m ready to start as soon as we confirm availability.
