I have a complete, dimensioned floor plan for my condo and need a fresh interior layout that keeps every existing wall exactly where it is. The look I’m after is a clean, modern-Scandinavian vibe—light woods, soft textures, and an overall cozy, warm palette—without drifting into anything too stark or ultra-minimalist.
Kitchen stays in its current parallel-counter configuration.
Dining becomes fully open-concept. I’d like a two-seater high island oriented toward the living room plus a separate four-seat dining table.
A slim shoe cabinet should greet you at the entrance.
Master bedroom largely remains as is.

• Dining becomes fully open-concept. I’d like a two-seater high island oriented toward the living room plus a separate four-seat dining table.

Room-specific notes
• Master bedroom largely remains as is.
• Bedroom 2 needs a double-decker bed.
• Bedroom 3 turns into a dedicated study: wardrobe by the door, an L-shaped study desk, overhead top cabinets/bookshelf, and extra wall-mounted shelves for storage.
Deliverables I expect
1. A true-to-scale, fully furnished 2D floor plan (PDF or high-res image).
2. Furniture and built-ins sized and spaced correctly against the original dimensions—no distorted rooms, no oversized pieces.
3. Clear visual expression of the modern-Scandinavian / Japandi aesthetic and the warm, inviting colour story.
I’ll supply the original architect’s plan, a few inspiration images, and my own rough sketches. What I need back is an accurate, polished layout that respects every existing measurement while bringing the space to life.
